• Every piece of artwork is produced using state-of-the-art giclée printers and premium archival inks. This ensures an exceptional tonal range, vibrant colors, and lifetime longevity for your print.

Select your perfect material:

• Photo Paper: High-quality, heavyweight professional paper with a stunning finish. This is our most cost-effective and economical option. Matte and Glossy are the options, however, Matte paper is the default.

• Fine Art Paper: A luxurious medium with a very subtle texture. This is the top choice for high-end, gallery-quality art reproductions. Hahnemuhle 308 Rag and Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Metallic (Hahnemuhle Metallic) are the options.

• Custom Media: Want something unique? We also offer Acrylic or Metal printing! Send me a message under the contact page to get a custom quote for these premium materials.

What’s the difference in material in a nutshell:

• Photo Paper: For everyday, vibrant prints with high gloss or lustre. 

• Fine Art Paper: Museum quality, textured, and archival prints that will last over 100 years without fading.

Shipping, processing, and returns:

• We are happy to offer free ground shipping to Canada and the continental United States.

• Living in Alaska, Hawaii, or shopping internationally? Ground shipping is not available for these regions. Send me a message prior to purchasing with your zip/postal code so we can provide an accurate shipping quote.

• Prints will be shipped within 3 to 5 days after payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent out when your item has been shipped.

• Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive at your location within Canada and the United States (though it will often arrive earlier!). 

• If you desire faster shipping or a tracking number, please contact me before purchase to discuss.

• Please note any fees charged by customs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

• Contact me for international shipping rates (outside of Canada or United States) or if you have any questions.

Processing times:

• Standard Orders (photo paper, fine art paper): Made to order prints typically ship within 3–5 business days.

• Custom Orders: Timelines for bespoke sizes, orientations, or alternative media will be confirmed via messaging.

Return and exchange policy:

Because our artwork is custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or any other reason. Below are a few exceptions.

• Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the print, and contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly rush a replacement out to you.

• Order Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of purchase before the item goes into production.

• Incorrect Details: Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, as we are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details.

Important shop notes:

• Secure Packaging: Your artwork is handled with care and shipped in a rigid, size-appropriate mailer to ensure it arrives in pristine, flawless condition.

• Mounting & Framing: Photo and fine art prints arrive unmounted, unframed, and they are printed edge-to-edge (no white border). 

• No Watermarks: The watermark overlay on any listing images will NOT appear on your final printed artwork.

• Measurements: All sizes are inches.

• Color Display: Please note that due to differences in monitor and printer calibrations, final printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

• Currency: All quoted prices are in Canadian Dollars unless stated otherwise.

• Resolution: Photos uploaded for viewing are not full resolution; however, your purchased print will be full resolution.
